I've been going to Shima for their AYCE for a while now, but the service I've gotten in my last few visits were just horrible. They constantly missed our orders and were extremely slow with the ones that they didn't miss. I would understand if the restaurant was packed, but the restaurant was empty besides us and one other group. Also they waited till after we made our second batch of orders to tell us that they had run out of tofu and some of the veggie items. So now my friend who's a vegetarian has nothing to eat, and they still expected him to pay full price. To top it all off we could hear the waitress talking shit about our table to the other staff.
