Japanese Guts Are Made for Sushi

Apparently, Japanese digestive tracts are made for sushi, while our North American systems aren’t.

Basically an article about how the Japanese have bacteria that digest seaweed properly and “we” don’t. Thats fine with me, I enjoy eating it. Digestion is not mandatory. :)
